STRONG PARTNERSHIP
The Nordur Initiative from Switzerland aims to promote cooperation between the EFTA member states of Switzerland, Iceland and Norway in the field of renewable energies.
Swiss energy suppliers have joined forces as part of the Nordur Initiative to jointly finance the construction of power-to-gas plants in Iceland and later Norway and to import synthetic renewable gas into Switzerland.
The project is made possible thanks to partnerships in Iceland.
